Trio On the Bay is your one-stop location for corporate and special events, private parties and weddings, accommodating groups up to 1,000 guests for cocktail and hors d'oeuvres receptions, buffet dinner receptions for up to 500, or seated plated dinner for up to 300.

Trio On the Bay boasts 23,000 sq. feet of indoor and outdoor space. The interior features three custom bars and several distinct private areas which include the Bay Front Room, with spectacular views of the bay and seating for 50 guests, the Upper Bay View Room with intimate seating for 45 guests, and the Middle Bay View Room for seating up to 20 guests—this area can also be converted to a Dance Floor. There's also the Private Dining Room, a luxurious suite that seats 14, as well as the Main Front Bar, perfect for casual socializing and seats 50 guests. Best of all, Trio On the Bay is designed so all rooms can become one to accommodate larger groups.

Expansive, breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay provide the backdrop for your next special event outside in our 10,000 sq. foot patio area. Your guests will enjoy the custom cabanas, palm trees, fire pits with water features, a large bar with plasma screens, and seating for 140.

For corporate events and meetings, Trio On the Bay has state of the art equipment for sound, lights and visuals. Our custom AV system allows you to display brands, logos and visuals on 22 high definition plasma screens located throughout the premises. Finally, our private parking lot provides additional opportunities for outdoor tenting, branding and product sampling.
